Garita Automotive was founded in 1961 in Zaldibar (Bizkaia). The famous Basque pelota player Pedro Garitaonandia was one of the founders and gives the origin of the company name GARITA. In the beginnings, the activity of the Company was the Tool Production. In 1972 Garita moves to Berriz (Bizkaia) and started with the Metal Stamping as the main activity.

Now and with more than 60 years of experience inside the Metal Stamping we work exclusively for Automotive Industry. With more than 12.000 m² in Berriz where Production Plants, Warehouse and Offices are located, Garita Automotive also is present with a Commercial Office in Germany.

It´s a privilege the fact of continues being a Family Basque Company that competes in the Worlwide Market. This Business Model gives us more control and autonomy with faster decisión-making and execution.
