Garita Automotive have Cold Stamping Presses that operate in a range from 250 till 1.250 Tons.
TRANSFER TECHNOLOGY
The Transfer Technology is developed for give answer to the components manufacturing in a totally automatized way and operated by a highly qualified worker. The main element of the installation is the transfer system. The transfer system move the part from one station to the next one for make, in this way, the different operations of sheet forming till obtain the part as designed.
This Technology allows achieve stable and strength process with more efficiency with less raw material used and less scrap generation. Also this process allows manufactured parts with more technical complexity.
PROGRESSIVE TECHNOLOGY
The Progressive Stamping is developed for give answer to the components manufacturing in a totally automatized way and operated by a highly qualified worker. This Technology is based on an inter-related progressive workstation series in one of each , one of more operations in the part is done, till obtain the final part.
This Technology allows achieve complex and high quality parts in a very high speed.
WELDING AND JOINING
